TMT Engineering, a recognized company in the civil construction sector, has undergone a notable change. With the aim of aligning its internal positioning with its external image, we developed a new visual identity.

The company seeks to convey security through its extensive experience, particularly in crucial stages of construction, such as containment and foundation, but also aims to adapt to an audience that is constantly renewing.

We designed a typographic design for the logo that could emphasize the traditional image of solidity and rationality built by the company over the years. The new positioning targets not only the end customer, but also the employees who face a challenging market for talent retention.

A TMT Engenharia, uma empresa reconhecida no setor de construção civil, passou por uma mudança notável. Com o objetivo de alinhar seu posicionamento interno com sua imagem externa, desenvolvemos uma nova identidade visual.

A empresa busca comunicar segurança através de sua extensa experiência, particularmente em etapas cruciais da construção, como contenção e fundação, mas também deseja se adaptar ao público que está se renovando constantemente.

Projetamos um desenho tipográfico para o logotipo que pudesse enfatizar a imagem tradicional de solidez e racionalidade construída pela empresa ao longo dos anos. O novo posicionamento não visa apenas o público-alvo, mas também os funcionários que enfrentam um mercado desafiador para a retenção de talentos.
